We are interested in purchasing personal computers but would like to know the following information to make an estimate offer:

• Make (e.g. Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.)

• Model Number (located on printed label on bottom, palmrest, screen bezel area, or type in search box 'system information)

• Physical Condition Grade??? (see below chart for reference)

 

Physical condition grade descriptions:

R Grade (new condition):

Fully Functional: Will be new in the box or Brown box (like new condition).

 

A Grade (as good as new):

Fully Functional: Mint Condition - Will have overall excellent to very good cosmetic condition. It will be cosmetically pristine and may exhibit some shiny areas around the keyboard (space bar, touchpad and/or touchpad buttons), but the keyboard keys will be in excellent condition.

B Grade (light signs of use):

Fully Functional: Great Condition - Will have some cosmetic blemishes that include scratches and/or other surface imperfections and discoloration. May exhibit shiny keys on the keyboard and/or shiny surfaces around the keyboard but the keyboard key characters will be legible.

C Grade (normal signs of Usage):

Fully Functional: Average Condition - Will usually have light wear with some surface level scratches and minimal small dings with more significant scratches and signs of wear and tear on the case or lid.

D Grade (heavy signs of Usage):

Fully Functional: Poor Condition - Will have surface level scratches (one or more deeper scratches), some pitting, dings, dents, and possible brighter areas, light scratches or scuffs on LCD. Bottom cover may have heavy wear. 

 

F Grade (Parts Only):

Broken or Non-Functional: Heavier Wear - Will have case scarring deeper scratches, scuffs, pitting, dings, dents, possible LCD imaging or tripped liquid damage indicator, but no sign of corrosion or liquid damage.
